"The Little Farm By The Sea" by Norman Wilkinson
Some of you might remember this blog post from 18 months ago. Well, I managed to track down another version of the poster:
You can play a "spot the difference" competition with the two of them. The way these posters were produced was that a large batch were printed with just the main illustration and an "empty belly" below, which was later overprinted with particular offers or promotions - so over time the same image was used to promote a range of messages and tour operators. It should arrive in the post tomorrow, and I'll have to find yet more wall space...
