Old Comber Whisky and Ernest Milligan, 1907

"To Comber A went, an' the point-to-point races,
Where lass her new gown and the horse shows his paces,
For the glass that's sae cheerin', maist heartsome o' places
An' if spared A'll do next year the same;
An' if by good chance A hae time for a tassie
O' "finest aul Comber" and meet wi' me lassie
You be sure but A'll nae hurry hame".

Robert Huddleston of Moneyrea also has a poem in praise of Old Comber.
