Glasgow Green tomorrow will be the setting for the RSPBA World Pipe Band Championships 2010. Our very own MrUlsterScot will be there with his new-fangled iPad with the aim of live blogging the results as they are announced. He'll be publishing the results a good few hours before the BBC, so to stay in touch with how your local pipe band has performed then visit his blog Aiblins.com. Will it be a success? Aiblins. Will he manage to stay dry? Aiblins.Will the iPad run out of power? Aiblins.Will Northern Ireland bands clean up again and show the Scots and Canadians how it's done? We shall see...The last big local piping event is the North West Championships in Portrush on Sat 21 August beginning at 12 noon.
